International clients: how I win them and how I keep them
From supercar rental to private jets, my clients live across several countries and expect the same standard everywhere. I explain how I build trust with a clientele that does not forgive mistakes.

Who my clients are
The clients of my businesses — luxury car rental, private aviation, high-end rentals — have one thing in common: time is worth more than money. They are not looking for the lowest price, they are looking for certainty of outcome. They want the car ready at the airport, the jet leaving at the agreed time, the apartment exactly as in the photographs.
This changes everything about how you work. With this clientele you don't sell a product: you sell the absence of problems.
The three rules I always apply
Rule one: always reply fast. An international client writes from a different time zone and expects a quick answer. That is why my first contact channel is WhatsApp: direct, personal, immediate.
Rule two: promise little and deliver a lot. I would rather say "I can't do this" than disappoint. Trust with an international client is built over months and lost in a day.
Rule three: identical standards everywhere. A client who rents with me in Dubai must find the same level of service in London. That is why I only work with selected partners and personally check quality.
Word of mouth is worth more than advertising
In the luxury market advertising brings visibility, but real clients come from word of mouth. A satisfied client introduces you to their circle, and that circle is worth more than any campaign. That is why I invest first of all in the client experience: every detail cared for is a marketing investment. My advice to those starting out: focus on ten clients treated superbly, not on a thousand treated mediocrely.
